This fifth-floor office tenant improvement for Offerpad transformed a raw space into a functional and aesthetically pleasing work environment. The corporate office interior design preserved the building’s original open laminated wood beams and decking, integrating custom millwork elements that complemented the rustic architecture.

- Reception Area: Custom reception desk and floating shelves crafted to blend seamlessly with the existing wood structure, anchoring the corporate office interior design with a warm, welcoming first impression.
- Break & Collaboration Spaces: Monumental Parsons tables and counter areas constructed using steel under-structures and a mix of quartz, laminate, and tile.
- Main Conference Room: Fully custom banquette elevation tailored to match the building’s unique architectural details.
- Decorative Door Installation: A decorative elevation consisting of seven different door styles mounted above the banquette, each finished uniquely and featuring varied hardware.
- Custom Shelf Display: A shelf unit created from a variety of repurposed tables, each carefully cut to specific depths, requiring new leg and frame details to ensure structural integrity.

The project required meticulous coordination to integrate modern millwork with the building’s rustic architectural features. Each custom element was designed to enhance the space’s functionality while maintaining aesthetic harmony with the existing structure.
