This 9th-floor tenant improvement project for Cognite’s Global Headquarters showcases a refined blend of custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and premium finishes. The space was designed to support both functionality and visual impact, incorporating warm materials, metal accents, and thoughtfully crafted details throughout key gathering and work areas.
Custom laminated shaker-style cabinetry anchors the design, complemented by distinctive wood veneer wall and ceiling paneling. Brass accents and specialty inserts elevate the overall aesthetic, creating a sophisticated yet inviting workplace environment.
The Cognite Global Headquarters was also featured in the Phoenix Business Journal, December 12–18, 2025 (Vol. 46, No. 19, pp. 10–11).

Unique Aspect
The break room serves as a standout feature of the space, with its curved architecture, bar-height stone surfaces, brass foot rail, and custom shelving set against a dramatic full-height stone backsplash. The combination of materials and detailing creates a unique focal point within the headquarters.
Despite a condensed project timeline, the team successfully delivered a high-quality, detail-driven installation that reflects Cognite’s global brand and modern workplace vision.
