Maplewood Cabinetry delivered a modernized central lobby for this iconic 1962 high-rise, integrating custom Shinoki wall paneling, a slat feature wall, a millwork security desk, and a custom stone bench with built-in planters. The installation was completed within an active lobby environment, requiring strict coordination, cleanliness standards, and phased scheduling to maintain daily building operations while work progressed.

The finished space creates a refined first impression, improves durability in high-traffic areas, and aligns architectural millwork with the building’s updated interior identity.

This project was later featured in Phoenix Business Journal (Feb 13–19, 2026), recognizing its craftsmanship and role in elevating the tenant arrival experience.
