Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence

We are thrilled to extend our congratulations to Casey Dieffenbach for reaching the impressive milestone of 20 years as an employee at Maplewood Cabinetry. This achievement is truly momentous for our company. We are pleased to award him a silver saw blade with twenty gold-plated teeth – at the center of this blade is a $20 gold piece dated 2003, representing the year of Casey’s hire. This gold piece serves as a reminder of Casey’s long-standing tenure with the company and his devotion to his many roles over these years.

The youngest of the owner’s two sons, Casey launched his tenure by literally sweeping the floors at the age of 18. Since that time, he’s gained mastery with all the equipment and processes from older, more experienced mentors. He’s served as an operator on each piece of millwork production equipment including saws, edge banders, CNCs, and case clamps. If Maplewood has a particular capability, Casey has done it at one time or another! He has filled roles as a full-time cabinet installer, night shift manager/supervisor and currently fulfills the role of Production Manager. Casey has been an essential team member, and his ongoing contributions have been indispensable to our growth and success.

In addition to his work at Maplewood Cabinetry, Casey is also a dedicated Arsenal Gunners fan and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Arizona State University. His dedication to his personal interests and education mirror his passion for his work, and both have contributed to his success at Maplewood Cabinetry.

Casey’s expertise and attention to detail are not unique to him but are shared by the entire team at Maplewood. Each team member brings their unique skill set to the table, allowing the company to take on a wide variety of projects, from large-scale commercial installations to refitting more intimate spaces.

Casey’s experience in every aspect of production, from operating each piece of millwork equipment to managing the production team, ensures that every project is executed with precision and care.

His passion for learning and growing has been evident throughout his 20 years with the company. His experience in various roles within the company has given him a deep understanding of the production process and has allowed him to provide valuable insights to the team.
